TOKYO - Japan's consumer confidence was little changed in November, a Cabinet Office survey showed on Wednesday, and a recent resurgence in coronavirus cases was clouding the outlook.

The survey's sentiment index for general households, which includes views on incomes and jobs, stood at 33.7 in November, versus 33.6 in October.
