Russian Deputy PM announces plans to vaccinate over 20 million people in first quarter of 2021

MOSCOW (Bywire News) - On Monday, the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Tatiana Golikova, said that Russia has plans to   provide over 20 million people with the COVID-19 vaccine in the first months of 2021. 

Golikova also added that the country will register a third vaccine for use on February 16th, with two vaccines already being rolled out.
