- British online fashion retailer Boohoo said on Friday it had taken a long-term lease for a new warehouse in the English town of Daventry, as the group looks to expand and add capacity to its existing facilities.
The warehouse is expected to become operational in the second quarter and the company expects to invest over 50 million pounds ($68.54 million) in the facility.
"The deal is expected to secure up to 500 jobs and in the future create up to a further 1,000 jobs as capacity increases at the site," Boohoo said in a statement.
