LONDON (Within The Law) - Hogan Lovells has announced the successful completion of two M&A deals for its clients from its Moscow Office

The first saw them advising Digital Assets on its acquisition of a leading music streaming service Zvuk. The company which is a tech subsidiary of Russia’s largest Bank the Siber will now integrate Zvuk’s series into Siber’s ecosystem creating an improved service under the brand ZvukSiber.

The second focused on another Siber project O2O Holdings. The firm which is a strategic partnership between Siber and Mail.ru Group with more than a hundred million active user accounts acquired an 84.7% share in Local Kitchen, a service which offers express delivery from dark kitchens which surged in popularity during the pandemic. The remaining shares will b held by the founders of the local kitchen and help it create an enhanced service for its customers.

Both services will be available to Russians through the highly popular SiberID unified login which provides access to almost 100 Siber ecosystem services and partners.

The two deals represent the latest in a number of high profile instructions from Hogan Lovells to Siber, Mail.ru Group and O2O Holdings over the past twelve months. The company says the deals build on their strong global expertise in the technology sector and cement its leading role in tech M&A.
