Many people have different understandings of the scripture, especially when it comes to the subject of the Rapture. Regardless of whether you believe pre-tribulation, mid tribulation, pre-wrath, or post tribulation rapture, there are people ready to accuse you of false teachings.

How can so many different “honest seekers” can arrive at different conclusions when, in theory, we should all be guided by the Holy Sprit into all truth?

I believe there is precedent that the timing of your rapture may depend upon your faith (among other things). Those who don’t believe we will be raptured until He comes at the end of the tribulation may have it done to them according to their faith.

Then he touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith be it done to you.” — Matthew 9:29
Then Jesus answered her, “O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed instantly. — Matthew 15:28

I think the heart of the issue is the Greek literal thought compared to Hebraic thought. In the Greek things happen in order, in Hebrew things happen in cycles that are similar but at different scales. Information and meaning is encoded through use of symbolic words that serve as hyperlinks to a broader context. Each person must come to their own conclusion about the symbols, but first they must believe the symbols are there intentionally and that it is “logically valid” to assume that in many cases phrases and words are intentionally placed to link all parts of scripture together.

There is simply no easy way to understand the bible without modern search tools or practically memorizing the whole bible. I make heavy use of Blue Letter Bible and other tools to find all verses in the bible that relate to a phrase or idea.

The following image is typical greek thought that places everything in sequential order.

For those of a greek mindset, they are looking for explicit statements and the few explicit statements that do exist appear, on the surface, to imply a post-tribulation or pre-wrath, rapture; however, these verses must be understood in the context of the multitude of Allegory, Similitudes, and Parables in the Bible that show a very different picture of those same verses.

His Word is Allegory and Similitudes

For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a free-woman. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the free-woman was by promise.
Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; — Galations 4:22–24

An Allegory is a figurative sentence or discourse in which the principal subject is described by another subject resembling its properties and circumstances.

I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions, and used similitudes, by the ministry of the prophets. — Hosea 12:10

A similitude is a similarity, a comparison, a likeness, a shadow. Essentially the same as a parable. Paul says all of the old testament accounts are written for our understanding today.

And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
— Mark 4:11–12
And with many such parables spake he the word unto them, as they were able to hear it.
But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples. — Mark 4:33-34

What we can conclude from this scripture is that if we do not read the Bible through the lens of Similitudes and Allegory then we will be ever seeing and not perceiving. To understand scripture we must properly connect the actors, numbers, and events within one story to the actors in another.

Pre-tribulation Rapture

For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to **escape** all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. — Luke 21:35

We are instructed to pray that we can escape the snare and all these things that shall come to pass. I do not believe He would instruct us to pray for something He was unable or unwilling to grant. So we must ask ourselves, what is the snare?

Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler (tribulation), and from the noisome pestilence (Nukes). …Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flys by day; A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand (side); but it shall not come near thee….No evil shall befall you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.
Psalm 91:3…

Pslam 91, which builds off of Psalm 90, which outlines the timetable of the Fig Tree generation which, by the grace of Yah, I was given fresh insights which I explained in this video.

And he said to me, “This is the curse (nuke) that is going out over the whole land; for as on one side, every thief will be cut off, and as on the other, everyone who swears falsely will be cut off. — Zech 5:3

The symbols connect Psalm 91 to the Nuclear curse described by Zech 5. And the arrows that fly by day, connect to Jeremiah 50 and 51.

Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped. — Psalm 124:7. (’24, month 7, tabernacles?)

This verse makes it clear that we will escape the snare.

Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria.
And I will bring Israel again to his habitation, and he shall feed on Carmel (garden, vineyards of God) and Bashan (rich frutiful, pasture), and his soul shall be satisfied upon mount Ephraim (fruitful) and Gilead (his testimony).
In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them whom I reserve.
…I have laid a snare for thee, and thou art also taken, O Babylon, and thou wast not aware: thou art found, and also caught, because thou hast striven against YHVH. — Jeremiah 50:18–24
Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that it shall no more be said, The Lord liveth, that brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;
15 But, The Lord liveth, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them: and I will bring them again into their land that I gave unto their fathers. — Jeremiah 16:15
A nation from the north will attack her (Babylon the Great) and lay waste her land. — Jeremiah 50:3
16 Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the Lord, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain (nation), and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks. — Jeremiah 16:16
Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, 153: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken. — John 21:11
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; — Revelation 6:15
This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead. — John 21:14
But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. 5 You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. 6 So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep (not watching), but let us be awake and sober. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. 8 But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. 9 For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. 10 He died for us so that, whether we are awake (alive) or asleep (dead), we may live together with him. — 1 Thes 5

Similitude of Jericho

And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
— Daniel 12

Appearance of Yeshua before Battle

And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?
14 And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host (army) of the Lord am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his servant?
15 And the captain of the Lord’s host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so. — Joshua 5:13–15

Instructions to those who will be saved

unless, when we enter the land, you have tied this scarlet cord in the window through which you let us down, and unless you have brought your father and mother, your brothers and all your family into your house. 19 If any of them go outside your house into the street, their blood will be on their own heads; we will not be responsible. — Joshua 2:18–19

Breaking the Chains / Bringing down the Wall

And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they rose early about the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner seven times: only on that day they compassed the city seven times.
16 And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for the Lord hath given you the city.
And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to the Lord: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: — 1 Thess 4

Rapture of Rahab’s House

Joshua (Yeshua) said to the two men (angels) who had spied out the land, “Go into the prostitute’s house and bring her out and all who belong to her, in accordance with your oath to her.”
And the young men that were spies (angels) went in, and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her kindred, and left them outside the camp of Israel.

Destruction of Babylon by Fire

And [then] they burnt the city (Babylon) with fire, and all that was therein…
And Joshua (Yeshua, Jesus) saved Rahab (Northern Tribes) the harlot alive, and her father’s household, and all that she had; and she dwelleth in Israel even unto this day; because she hid the messengers (Prophets), which Joshua (Yeshua) sent to spy out Jericho (Babylon). — Joshua 6:22–26

Shout against her round about: she hath given her hand: her foundations are fallen, her walls are thrown down: for it is the vengeance of the LORD: take vengeance upon her; as she hath done, do unto her.

Your word (messengers) I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You. — Psalm 119:11

Claimed — Post Tribulation Rapture Verses

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye (“rose early”), at the last trump (reference to Jericho, Revelation had not been written yet): for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. — 1 Corinthians 15:52

At this point I must point out the meaning of the phrase “In a moment”, which occurs 15 times in the Bible. 15, as a number, means rest as in the 15th day of the month (Unleavened Bread & Tabernacles).

Let’s take a Moment… to be in the moment.

I will come up into the midst of thee in a moment, and consume thee: therefore now put off thy ornaments from thee, that I may know what to do unto thee. — Exodus 33:5
And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live. And the Lord said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock: And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen. — Ex 33:21–23
hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;… And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: — Revelation 6

Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment. — Numbers 16:21

Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in a moment. And they fell upon their faces. — Numbers 16:45

They spend their days in wealth (Babylon), and in a moment go down to the grave. — Job 21:13

In a moment shall they die, and the people shall be troubled at midnight, and pass away: and the mighty shall be taken away without hand. — Job 34:20

O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. … For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. — Psalm 30:3–5

How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors. — Psalm 73:19

Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be over past. — Isaiah 26:20

In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the Lord thy Redeemer. — Isaiah 54:8

But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children (raptured), and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments. — Isaiah 47:9

for thy (Babylon’s) merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. — Revelation 18:23

Destruction upon destruction is cried; for the whole land is spoiled: suddenly are my tents spoiled, and my curtains in a moment. — Jeremiah 4:20

And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain (Great Nation, Babylon), shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. — Luke 4:5

Back to Claimed Post-Tribulation Verses

Immediately after the tribulation(trouble, curse, nukes) of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven(nukes coming down), and the (heights) powers of the heavens (skys) shall be shaken (rolled up as a scroll):
And then shall appear the sign (face, identifier) of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn (those who are comforted), and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. (They shall die by seeing his face)

Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb. Rev 6:16 (6th Seal)

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from (out of, escape from) the four winds (four horsemen), from one end of heaven (sky) to the other.
— Matthew 23:29–31
And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds, that the wind should not blow (attack, hurt) on the earth, nor on the sea (people), nor on any tree (nation).
And I saw another angel ascending from the east (gate?), having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, ( the four horses, seals 1–4)
Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea (people), nor the trees (nations), till we have sealed (anointed with oil) the servants of our God in their foreheads. — Revelation 7:1,3

And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine (144k, anointed (oil) with the spirit (wine)). — Revelation 6:6

Mid-Tribulation Resurrection of the Witnesses

The 144,000 are sealed before any harm of the horsemen, and the horsemen are told not to hurt the oil and wine (those sealed and filled with the spirit). I believe that these 144k could travel the whole world in pairs just like Yeshua sent the 72 out in pairs. At the end of 1260 days, their protection is lifted, they are killed, and everyone celebrates. After 3.5 days they are raised in the sight of everyone.

This is clearly some kind of rapture resurrection event and it involves more than just “two” people. While there is no direct evidence that others will be raised at the same time, we do know that when Yeshua was raised many others came up with Him.
